After Sale Service
1: Before shipment we will provide customer with shipping documents and ETD&ETA to confirm.
2: Send tracking number and website to customer,call or mail contact customer when good arrive in door.
3: Keep tracking of products test result and quality. If customer needs, we can also provide technical support fot test. Confirm with the customer about production plan.
Customer complaint process
1: Response to customers immediately, at least not exceed 12 hours.
2: Need customer send the picture of the damage, check where is the problem.
3: We will make the effective solution within 12 hours.
4: Agreement with customer.
